Thread: Thunderheart- City Halls and Player Cities that went poof with the drift bug

Thunderheart-


I'm well on my way to becoming the first bald wookiee trying to get any sort of answers on this issue.


I know I'm not the only one who's City Hall disappeared during the great migration and who's City no longer exists. I've put in a /bug ticket and a CSR ticket. All the CSR's were able to tell me was that they had forwarded this do the Devs- then they closed my ticket so I can't even reference it anymore.


Is there anything you can do to try and find out what, if anything, is being done to restore or compensate those unfortunates who happen to share my situation?


Any help or advise would be appreciated!

yes i would like an answer to this also. We lost ours 3 weeks ago and finally gave up and placed a new one. What is being done?
