check your maintenance report for the next update

Our city updates take sometimes as long as an hour and a half. Also, it won't happen at the same time every week, server downtimes stop the clock. The only way to really know is, on the day you are expected to expand, check the city management terminal's advancement option. It will tell you exactly how long you have.

I checked mine today as it was supposed to have the election, but instead of a time it says "error"

I have recieved no xp, nor has any maintenace come out....any ideas?

When you get "error" it means the system is processing elections.

When it DOESN'T say that and your time is reset, then you worry.

well the election happened, we met the requirement for promotion to level 2, but i recieve no xp and the clock reset to 6 days, 23 hours, and some minutes. god! cant you people fix anything. Sheesh

and one of my 3+ week old characters did not recieve a holocron

I'm Ultimagi, mayor of BeneTasia, Naboo, on Starsider. Placed our city one week ago 3 minutes after server came on line Tuesday of last week at about 10:15AM Eastern time. By my calculations our election and my consequent xp should have happened already? Am I missing something? Will it happen tonight?

They have fixed the "no received holo" by giving out more Holos today. So if you missed it yesterday, you should get one today. Some lucky folks got a total of TWO... one from yesterday and again one from today.

As for your lack of experience in processing the votes, Devs have stated to submit a CST and you will get a response to this. With the holidays coming up, I would cut them some slack on this as well.
