Apologies if this has been asked before, but I have a question concerning Cantinas placed in the city.

Is there a way to transfer the Cantina placed by a Master Dancer/Musician over to the CITY itself, so that it falls under city maintenance and other civic building rules? If there is, does this transfer return the lots that the player used to place the Cantina? Would this also apply to a Medical Center as well?

No.. Cantinas, Theaters, and Hospitals are player owned and not city owned. They cannot be transfered to the city itself.

but you can still pay the maintenance on them with cities funds directly in that structures maint if you have admin privelages.. or just give xxx credits per month to the owner for maint if your city has decided to pay for that.
