Well yesterday I finally heard from a CSR ingame. They asked me the situation. I explained how I lost about 220k a day because of this. So it came to 660k. He said they know about this problem and are looking into it. He added the 660k to the treasury for me. He also said that if it continues to happen to just keep comment on the ticket I created about it and he will look into (i think just refund our credits). I just wanted to inform you all that they are aware of it, and since they need to contact every mayor on every server about it I think it will take them time. But they are working on it. Thank you for the SOE for stepping up in a tough bug to get around to on the holidays.

They don't need to contact every mayor on this. This issue affects only a small number of cities. Most are not affected by this bug. (thankfully... i know this has been hell for those who are suffering it)

If my city gets hit we are going to get hit hard. With our 400k a week cost.

actually this is hitting almost every city on Gorath.. hehe and try having 600k maitance

wow... I feel really bad.. yet glad our city doesn't get it with major bugs.... whew!!

then again.. I always keep any eye open on these things and put all my civic related building close together until they fix that "radius problem" now I moved my shuttle port where I wanted to be.. woo!

What was the name of this CSR ... responses I got were also "We are aware of this and trying to fix asap" ... but also said "no reimberment" ... now if you got credits, I want credits too ... just have to convinve CSR by giving exact dates of your encounters.

So I would appriciate a detailed recall of events .. as would others, I assume .. Thanks ... and good lukc to y'all with your cities during these Life Day "Events"

If they fix this bug within a week i don't need reimbursement of treasury, the xp i got is worth a fortune. Either they reimburse AND remove the xtra XP or the don't do both.

I just removed ALL trainers, decorations and terminals, reducing the maintenance to 260k (for a Size V City).

Hope they fix it this year
