I had an issue with missing experience. It took two days to get resolved after i filled out the ticket. I'm impressed. Not every issue can be solved as fast as mine, but here is a tip. Add comments to your Ticket, and include as much information as you can. One more woot, Good job CSR!!

Starting to think it really is determined by the CSR you get. Some seem like they are just trying to get their queue clean while others seem really intersted in helping. /cheers to the ones helping!
