I'm not sure what's going on... i'm a militia member in our player city, yet when i tried to place a house it said I needed permission from the mayor or a milita member

I'm fairly certain I wasn't booted off militia (our mayor didn't remove me from the milita, and I still have the command /GrantZoningRights in my abilites list), so why is it that I cannot place a building?

One more thing... our city just progressed to a township, does your militia status have to be renew when the city upgrades?

This has been something that I have thought was pretty stupid from the beginning. The militia is able to grant zoning rights, but it NOT allowed to place structures unless someone else grants them zoning rights. I think it is ment to be a check and balance system. This way it requires at least 2 people to place a structure if zoning is enabled unless you are the mayor. Personaly, if I put someone in the city militia, then I must trust them enough to manage structure placement. Why would I not trust them enough to place structures without consulting someone else??? Militia should be able to place structures without having to get someone else to grant rights, but this is how it is. It is not a bug. You don't need to renew or anything.
