Welp, as some of you know, I **edit** about the Politician profession......I **edit** a lot .

But as Mayor, I take my duties and responsibilities seriously. I try and ensure that the residents are happy with what I do and provide feedback as much as possible. I get out there and advertise, touting the city at every opportunity, discussing deals with other cities, with PA's and with crafting companies.

And yes i do admit that I quite like my job (even though I can't give it up even if I wanted too).

So after lots and lots of work by myself and many, many others within the city, we have at last managed to pull upselves up to somewhere, where only a month or so ago I would of thought impossible.

The city of Draicco has now become a Metropolis.

Whilst the rest of Valcyn consigns Talus as a boring waste of time, with little or no interest or challenges -we have turned the fact that people do consider Talus to be boring, into a challenge - we have built the impossible. A Level 5 city. .

"So what reward can I give to my residents?" I think to myself. I know, I'll spend some precious skill points and pickup Advanced Decorations. So I go and (using my own resources), craft up - what I think is some of the best of the gardens that are available to me as a Master Architect so that I can complete the layout of the city core.

Unfortunately this all came to nought, as for some reason I received no experience points.

Ahh you gotta love SWG, just as you are enjoying yourself, the game turns around and kicks you in the nuts

Submit a CSR trouble ticket and you will be given the XP as soon as they get to you, which still might take a few days, but this is something they fix immediately as it is a recurring bug. I know of several mayors who have had this problem and theyall have had the xp given to them quickly and easily after submitting a ticket.
