Well I have a few homes thatcitizens don't mind decorating to look nice and neat and possibly fill a role in the game. The cantina and a lot of shops and PA's just look nice as well as the city hall and cloner, but there are a few "themed" homes too. So far my town has a rebellion meeting hall (my PA), a zoo, mall that's actualy decorated instead of just a bunch of vendors with a table, a "ministry of truth" ie a news area, and an imperial liason office. I"m gonna ask a few others to see if they'd let me put in a few other ideas I've had. A rebel war room, and courthouse/jail. I'd also want to make a "college" but that'd take way too many homes to look right and a few would be too full while others too empty so I doubt I'll actually go on with it.
What types of player made points of interest do you have in your city? Or what ideas do you have for ones that could be made up if you had a freehome or two?

there's a series of museums, bantha shrine, dev/corr housing, and a x-wing. that's about it

Would a player made battlefield of 15 faction bases of both Rebel and Imperial faction qualify as a Player Made POI?

I've got a museum in my town.
i also turned the one room in city hall into the City Archives room (complete with droid assistants). I used a surgical droid chasis to stand next to the shelves of datadiscs that are already built into the city hall. the surgical droid occasionally raises his arm, and it looks like he is grabbing datadiscs off the shelves (he is named Data Retrieval Droid).
i also turned one room into one of the best looking crafting rooms i've EVER seen, and believe me, it is hard as hell to intentionally decorate a room to look like random chaos of parts resources and tools scattered all over a room.
i am eventually building a shopping mall, where i'll let each merchant decorate a room of the house as their shop.
my roommate (who is also a resident of my city) has constructed a bar in his house. looks great, with tables, chairs, a bar, bottles of drinks, and a vendor bartender. fish on the walls, and candles on the tables complete the overall look.
another citizen has created an imperial war room where we will hold meetings before jumping to lightspeed in our TIE fighters. this had a great use for the anniversary painting he got. he hung it on the projector screen (an imperial craft) and it is as if we are being briefed on a new imperial craft we will be operating.
we've got a mon cal that placed all kinds of fountains in his house so that he feels right at home swimming in the water.
i am eventually going to build a wilderness and outdoorsman shop, that will sell everything from fishing poles and bait, to traps, camps, ect. i'll build a fireplace, put some animals there, and fish on the wall, and just give it a nice outdoorsy type of feel to it.

Only if the rebels win more often then not

Dohrian has a jail and an information tent.
Other then that it's a matter of things that have come and gone.
We've had in the past small zoo, large zoo, arena and of course we have the normal cluttered houses LOL
