I'm about to jump back into the world of being mayor and I'm trying to think of some unique ideas to attract and keep citizens and visitors to the city.Here are some ideas I've used while being mayor or noticed from other cities/mayors:

1) Send out an email to the city with resource spawn locations, quantities, qualities after resources shift in the area around the city. (A mayor with artisan skills could do this in their free time)

2) Putting top of the line crafting stations within the city hall. (Helpful to citizens and visitors, especially if you have a Research Center)

First two that came to mind. What suggestions do you have? What perks does your city have that most cities don't?

A good way to attract new citizens is to give a free small house with 10,000cr maintenance in it to all who moves to the city.
