The ability to bounce players to the edge of the city, nothing can stop them from coming, back, but it could be used in a non-griefing way to remove disruptive persons.

I've asked them for a peaceful way to remove a non-citizen from a city, but they're worried about cities keeping people away from POIs. I say no building at POIs, but they already made that booboo. *shrug*

the only thing you can do for unwanted guests is /report. Bigger, brighter orange letters really won't get anyone's attention for us. Devs and player cities are a lot like men with their wives after sex.
player/wife: Let's talk now
dev/husband: shhh the game's on...

Then they need to give us back /citywarn with a 3 minute timer. I'm tired of being in charge of a militia that can't do anything but use PG-13 language because /cityban don't work (they buy round trip tickets BEFORE coming to your city and then use /bo tra to get on the shuttle to leave) so what's the point? How the heck do we HONEST HARDWORKING PLAYERS protect our cities from GRIEFING EXPLOITERS? We spend the time to build a city and we have no means of getting rid of trouble makers. I honestly wonder who is running this place? Starting to seem like a group of people who don't care one bit about the people who are paying their salaries. This is just my opinion but I'm just sick and tired of being able to do nothing because what I'm able to do has no effect.
DEVS PLEASE RE-INSTATE CITYWARN OR FIX CITYBAN SO IT BANS FROM ALL BUILDINGS IN THE CITY LIMITS. And if a city is built near or on a POI you're the freaking DEVS and CSRs! Find a way to MOVE THE CITY! SHEESH! You're the ones who MADE this game! You can move individual houses. Tell the owners to move or be moved and if they have to be moved, charge each of their accounts actual physical money. They'll move. Trust me!

/report does no good! We've reported the same people time and time again, WITH screenshots and chat logs and nothing. The group is still in the game and still causing problems.

I'd have to agree.. big letters and bright colors just wanna make my eyes pop outta my head
Besides, caps is a form of yelling.. no need to yell on the forums when we all experience the same exact problems. The logical thing to do is to just add to the 100's of posts about the same idea.. keep it fresh but not annoying. Eventually the Devs will come to the understanding that mayors do need more control. Militia needs to have /grantzoning removed imho and be able to /citywarn, /cityban, /citypardon. Militia is not a proper group to be able to grant zoning.. unless you really trust them. Hence my reasoning for my cities militia only having 3 others on it
Some CSR's are more helpful then others... however, they are just doing their jobs. Keep that in mind.. I know we may dealing with some that don't work IRL... but they do have guidelines to follow. The ones you want to complain about are the Devs.. not CSR's.

I’m not our mayor, despite popular public opinion that I am, but we’ve had a handful of role-playing events basically griefed by PVP clowns who’ve for whatever masculinity-challenged reason they have, intent on ruining the event with insults, jawing off, and the old launcher pistol duel disruption gag.
I honestly don’t care in what form /citywarn and /cityban come back, but really, them coming back is long, long overdue.
Despite about 20-something people /reporting our last event griefer, no CSR turned up in the hour or so we waited for him.
CSRs are not the answer.
Coded city militia powers are.
