So all militia members get +50 defense to all roles in PvP, but do you HAVE to be in your city to get the bonus or is it just you get the bonus where ever you are?

Yes, like every single other specialization it only takes effect while you are in the city.

If you city is on lok and is a strong hold.. does it make secence you would gain a +50 roll while on rori?

no, Of course not. it's designed so when you drop a base in your city so you can defend pvp style!

another question from me to that specialisation, normally there is a natural cap of 125 to defenses plus 25 skilltapes plus as far as i know endless by food and drinks. Does this specialisation have the power of raising defense values behound the cap or is it still capped at something, means has it any sense to do this when most people in the city are defense stackers?

From my understanding, this specialization is bugged, can someone confirm this?
