I've been reading everything I can find on this. I see conflicting info for the research center specialization working correctly. Some say it needs reset every week to work. Is there anything official on this? I ask because I've just recently become mayor of a city with research turned on. I can't turn it off and back on to test this theory because I currently don't have ethe skill to turn it back on. I'd like to know before I allocate all my xp towards obtaining research center when I could be using it on other lower skills. Thanks for any help.

Ah ha, found a post from 7/2 that makes the consenus appear that it is working and no longer needs a weekly reset. The eyes tend to blur after 20 pages of posts. If I'm mistaken, please let me know. Thanks agian.
