Hi, I was wondering if a covert rebel mayor can place Imperial Mission terminals when he get Militia 4, or is he limited to Rebel terminals because he is a covert rebel?
Also, I was wondering about the faction of the Cloner. I have noticed that right now we have an Imperial Mayor, whenan Overt Imperial Clones to the cloner he stays overt, but I think when an overt Rebel clones to the cloner they become covert. I always assumed that somehow this was because the Cloner was declared Imperial or something like that. Also, I seethe citylisted on Alt V as an Imperial City. If the mayor were to be a Covert Rebel, would the city faction and cloner faction automatically change or is there some way for a Covert Rebel mayor to maintain an Imperial City?
Thanks for you help!

nope, every mayor can place terminals of both faction.
the reason civic structures and decorations are factioned (they show as reb or imp) is because the mayor was factioned (covert as well as overt) at the time the structure was placed. the only way to "change" the faction on this structure would be to pick it back up and place it again while neutral or with the other faction.
I'm not aware that the city itself and the city hall shows a faction, just the civic structures.

Yeah, my experience is exactly as Pappi describes it.
Slightly annoying cause our town is neutral, even though I myself am an Imperial. I sometimes get tells from people asking me stuff like "Well, if your town is neutral, how come your gardens show up as Imperial???"
Hehe.

yeah I really wish they'd fix that. I don't know why it happens. I think all structures should have the ability to rebel or imperial based on the owner and an option they chose from a radial menu. In the case of city structures the mayor would have that option.

That'd be kinda cool.
Though I wouldn't count on seeing it anytime soon.

I went neutral just to place our cloner. Being neutral it will clone all players as covert.
