I would like the correspondent to please look into with the devs some of the following:
1. Increase the number of decorations in a city
or
2. Take streetlamps out of the count against city decorations.
or
3. Allow a craftable line of streetlamps, say a schematic of 5 streetlamps spaced 20m apart that would count as one lamp, requiring a clear line of sight with no intersecting footprints encroaching.
Since the devs havent' seen fit to give us some sort of paving for our cities. lamps are really the only way to designate streets. As my city develops we've begun to name streets and assign addresses. The use of streets and addresses ads to the emmersion in the Universe of SW when you can say, "yeah, there's an Armorsmith at 460 Tarkin St." or you can find anything your looking for on Crafters' Row.
I know that they consider us a secondary profession, and there are other things on their plate. But I also have a sense that they want Player cities to become more populous and centers of trade.
Even with streetlamp placing at over 50 m our city of 160 Imperials has run out of decorations to lay out our streets.
Thanks for your time and consideration
