I got elected last week and Ihave asmall issue. When someone puts a house up then declare residence just afterwards I get only one email - the one about the structure added to the city, and nothing about a new citizen. I always have to go check the terminal to see if they have indeed done it. If they wait a bit I get a mail though. Has anyone else got that issue?

I've had that happen too. I just get the person to step out of the house, them immediately back in...seems to solve the email delay.
