We have zoningright in the city and only i can place structure(mayor) not militia, is this right? do i need to give them zoning right evry day?

Right, you have the ability to place structures whenever you want, the mayor and militia have the ability to grant zoning rights.

the irony is this... your militia member can grant others zoning right to plant stuff.. but cannot plant themselves without right...

BUT.. he/she can grant others to place and then /transferstructure back to them... so.. it just matter of inconvience than check and balance.

Militia doesn't need novice politician to grant zoning, only to be in militia. They can grant zoning to others, but not to themselves. The zoning rights last for 24 hours, and then need to be re-granted again.

Obviously, mayor has a right to place structures at any time.Novice Politician without being a mayor cannot place a squat, unless (s)he is in militia of course.
