Got a Question im a novice Polition and i live in a city lvl 5 with all the items u get if i win the ellections will our city be altered and brought down to a Village with no shuttle port or will it stop me from placing things... PLZ People that are 100% sure post

Your city will not lose anything. You just won't be able to add specializations, structures, trainers, terminals, etc. unless you have the required skills.
