I know /citywarn is long gone
I know groupBH TIF'sare gone
I know groupBH TIF'sare gone
However I saw a member of a militia pull a TIFon abounty hunter of the same faction as him. When I asked him how he pulled the TIF he said because he /cityban him and was grouped with the jedi that the bounty hunter was after.
Can anyone tell me how this works?

I'm not overly experienced in the whole TEF situation, but to my understanding they should no longer exist. And using /cityban on someone should never generate any kind of TEF. If this is happening it is a bug that needs to bereported.

I banned a BH in my city for attacking a jedi and was able to then send him to the cloner....theRebel Bounty Hunter was trying to asassinate the mayor.
I was the jedi he was hunting.

This was a little known feature of MIlitia that I have only seen used rarely but I do think it still exists.
That is if a citizen is attacked in city limits, the attacking player gets a TEF and can then be attacked by members of the city militia
has nothing to do w/ cityban or warn, more likely its just the old, underused Militia function.

You are correct. That was an ability of the Militia and was a big issue back when the new GCW stuff went in removing TEFs. When all that happened, the TEF system went away in the cities. Perhaps the change to TEFs with jedi/BH that were just put in resulted inthe TEFs returning.

Can anyone provide reproducible steps on how to make this happen? I'm not sure I totally understand what's going on here and definitely not on how it is happening.

Myself and my cities Militia routinely ban Bounty Hunters who engage in hostilities inside our borders. Have never seen this happen. Fluke bug perhaps.

My alt is a bounty hunter who is regularly banned from cities. Never seen anything like this happen.
