Thread: City Problem

Ok, we had 10 houses setup and each house had a declared residency on it and I've put up the city hall. It only says we have 3 citizens out of that. Me and 2 other people I have in my group. Why won't the others go in? Did I need to have the other peopel do somethign else?

If the people declared residence before you placed the city hall, they will need to come back and enter their houses before they are counted as citizens.

Also, if they had previously declared residency somewhere else, they'll have a 24 hour delay...
