This is a known bug happening to every city. I just leave it at 100, I'm simply to lazy to change it that often

The first thing I do when I wake up every morning is reset my travel ticket fee to 200. It goes back to the default of 100 every time the servers go down. This is no fun, I feel stuck in the city. If Im away, I have to fly all they way back before I log off for the night so that Ill be right there when I log on. Is this a bug thats happening to other cities? I hope to god this isnt how its supposed to be. Please post if this is happening to you
