correct. as long as you dont want to lift the shuttleport to move it accross the street, you will be fine. make sure your cities spec is what you want it to be becuase you wont be able to change it unless you retrain the apropriat skill box again.

I recently drew up master ranger for a holocron and in order to master that I have to drop down to novice politician.. Will this have any devastating repercussions on my city? I know I won't be able to place trainers or scenery while I drop the skills, but what about the shuttle, current trainers, current gardens, etc? Thanks in advance to those who reply.
