Thread: Are These Options Possible for a Mayor?
I was wondering if this was possible for a mayor of a city.
1. Is there a way toarrange all structures and buildings without the need for residents to be presentto remove all their items and redeed their homes? I want to make the layout as planned but I don't want to have to bother the residents in order to do so. Also, I some people have placed structures in indesirable areas of the city and I'm am not able to remove those structures in order to place the desired structure in that same area.
2. Is there a way to make the buildlings footprints to not exceed the actual physical base? I notice the footprints of the buidllings are way larger than their actually physical base. This would allow for me flexiblity of design if the footprints of all structure deeds where no larger than their physical base. I would be nice to see a fountain potruding out at the base of the city hall and place some flora around the city hall as well.
3. Is there a way to place all items outside the city not only city structures?
4. Is there a way to place objects at various incremental angles and at various heights?
5. Are there any options for a Terrain, bridge, road, wall, SWG city planner creation ulitility software that we can purchase that would allow players to enter the new city and terrain structure designs into the game much like Morrowind? Becuase there are some buildlings, bridges, walls, and a few other things that I see in npc cities that we don't have in our player cities.
Would you be able to let me know if these are current or possible future options and how I may implement them if they are current options? Thanks
Sincerely

Make sure you have your lots free and place the houses for them. Make the structure public, have them come inside, target them, and type /transferstructure. You cannot place structures for your residents that does not involve them. For the structures in "undesirable areas" you will need to get the owners to remove them.

Footprints are not able to be changed. You'll have to work within the game mechanics to arrange your city.

You may only place Mission Terminals, Skill Trainers, Fountains/Braziers, Statues, Gardens, Cloning Facilities, Shuttleports, as a Politician. You cannot, for example, drop a couch in the city.
4. Is there a way to place objects at various incremental angles and at various heights?
No

No

The only thing you mentioned that has been discussed as a wanted feature is pavementor terrain-flattening.

Thankyou for your help. I Guess there isn't much to this profession yet, but I'm sure more features will come eventually.
