My city on Bria needs to redeed it's city hall (we are losing at least 300m to the water). My question is....If we redeed it, do we lose our "city status" and/or any other benefits we have?

thx

dude, you can't redeed a city hall... and if you destroy your city hall, your city will not still exist.......

Well, that's the question....I didn't know if there was a "grace" period where we could moveit without major consequence. Like I said...they original drop makes us lose quite a bit of room to the water, so we are running out of expansion room.

Thx though.

I have done what you are planning to do. Here is some info from my experience:

1) Have your new deed ready. Immediately after you "destroy" the old city hall, run as fast as possible to the spot and set up your new city hall. We did not have to wait for server reset or anything, and did not lose our "slot" for a city.

2) Your city will be a "newbie city" just like when you first placed your first city hall. All the "newbie city" rules apply. Be sure you register to run as mayor (note: until the election cycle there are some functions that do not work)

3) Oh yes, if you have excess money in your existing treasury, begin withdrawing it. The cap I believe is 50K per day. Otherwise it is just lost.

4) Coordinate with your citizens to get houses moved and residency declared asap. At least 10 within 24 hours.

Good luck!
