Hello,

My Question is one of my citizens by mistake put his house out to far an declared his residence but due to being so far out he wasnt registered. He moved his house in closer an he cant declare now. Is there anyway to make him a citizen without him haveing to declare his residence.

No.. likely he has to wait severalhours to declare a new residence. if time is against you - you will need to find someone else willing to place a house and declare - then have the first guy declare when he is allowed to.

there is a 24hour wait between declaring residences, so he's out of the equation until your city hall poofs.... find someone else
