hello all,

I recently started a city and was wondering if there is an easier way to send emails to all the citizens than typing out each name.

Instead of a name type "citizens"

and only mayor can use it

Banning people don't solve much, they just can't use civic structures, and it isn't permanent. I have never used it, perhaps a few times to test. Don't need to ban we don't have a cloner so what is in it banning people?
