Thread: NPC variants

I know that politicians and trainers can be placed in a town/city but what about just general NPCs? My initial idea was to have a couple in the cantina, slight chance they might listen or watch and make it LOOK like there is an audience. Around town it would help the place look active. I was also wandering why you see no NPC children running around. Children are mentioned in missions and tasks but you never see any. I thought I saw one the other day on but it turned out to be some short human NPCs running around like they were being chased. From a distance it looked like kids playing and I thought, "Oh, cool"! But alas, I was mistaken

One way to get some NPCs is have a few people take delivery missions but not complete them.
This will spawn NPCs around town in various locations. You do not have any control over where they appear, but it does add a sense of more "people" in the town.
