Thread: In What Order do Shuttles Appear on the Ticket Terminal?

I was just noticing that after the NPC cities, the names of the various player city shuttles seems to move around a bit. But some always stay near the top...
The order is not alphabetical. I might be the order that they placed. But I am guessing it has to do with number of departures or arrivals. Of course, it could, and probobly is, completly random.
What are your thoughts.
