I wanted to know how long does it take for a structure to be removed once a person stops playing. The person who owns our catina stop playing some time ago. Some of the militia had admin access so we were keeping up the maitnence. But once we decided to have one of our other members drop the catina we stopped it. Unfortunately one of our other members who was not on for a few weeks, so didnt know what we were doing dropped enough money to keep it up for another 40 days. We are pretty sure this person's account has been cancelled.

It's generally accepted that buildings will stay put if the maintenance is kept up AND the character is not deleted.

once the house got close to 0 maint, it still took about a month before it finally poofed.

It was annoying, cause we wanted to move our PA hall to that spot, but had to wait until the house disapeared.
