Sorry for big writing, but im really annoyed and so are my citizens, we placed the city 2 weeks ago on a saturday, next week we had the city update during Saturday to Sunday Serverdown, but now i got no Mails, no update, no maintainance Payments and NO EXPERIENCE.

I checked Maintainance Report and it sais Update will be next server down.

If this is a bug this really needs attention and needs to be fixed, if this is due to any update and therefore missing serverdown IT ALSO NEEDS A FIX OR A SECOND MANUAL CYCLE.

Politician is currently very annoying in case of getting Experience and the time that is needed, and when u wait and wait and wait to get simple things like trainers into your city and then nothing happens that can be really annoying...

I also made a CSR Ticket to get an answer why this happend, its really like a kick in the ass when u promise all your citizens tomorrow u get trainers and garage and then u can do nothing....

No it has more to do with Game time stops when the servers are down. I know bloodfin takes about 1.5 hours to come back up. add that 7 time a week your city update is lagged approx10.5 hours. my city been up for over a month it is a little annoying

so u mean my first city update (this here would be my 2nd) did only happen at server down cause it was that time in case of the server down time delay, and normally its also happening during playtime?

hon, IT'S A LOT HARDER TO READ ALL CAPS!

anyway, Trashawn is correct. time doesn't pass in game when the servers are down, and you need to count 7 days in game time before the "city update" triggers. the update doesn't happen immediately, instead it "starts to process"... so it might still take a while for the server to get it done.

my advice: don't promise anything when there's at least one variable you can't control.

This is also the reason base vulnerability times shift also. If you look at it closely the update shifts 6-10 hours a week usually which corresponds to server down times.

Thanks for the clearing... But really have to say here, that what scoooter wrote with the base times is untrue. The base times shifted also yes, but this was fixed if i remember right in Publish7 or 8 and i know they only shift by some minutes per day now, also Harvesters do also work while the Server is down, so somehow its a little strange that a bug affecting 2 things gets only fixed on one...
