Thread: City update pending? For how long?

If a city hall has only 8 citizen by the time city update reaches, and because its under 10, the city hall will be automatic destroyed right?
Because the city update has been pending for awhile now and I was just wondering how long will it take for the system to delete that city hall because its requierments as not met
