Hi all, I recently became a new mayor and had a question. I remember reading somewhere along the line about recent changes to the election process, but can't seem to find the update notes now. Can anyone tell me what the most recent change to the election process or point me to the article describing the change?

Thanks!

In affect currently:

There will be maintenance once a week taxed to the city

Once every three weeks now there will be an election

You as the mayor have to enter in the running for mayor at the beginning of the first week after every election

After the end of the second week the voting is frozen and that gives the old mayor ( if voted out ) time to move their belongings out.
* PLEASE NOTE: If you are taking from the city what you have bought and paid for your account will be suspended, due to the fact that they have now made a legal addition to their Agreement called Fair Play. This says that you cannot disrupt a community in other words. After all your 14.99 a month is to pad SOE's pockets not give you the right to the game mechanics they implemented.

Any citizen can rally votes against you if they like and you can lose all you are about to get into. Whereas before you as the Mayor held the majority of votes like in real life until voted out by due process.
