our city just got lvl 3 and i placed the garage down but it isn't working. i've waited 30 minutes and still nothing. do we have to wait longer by chance? or is this a bug

I had the same problem when I moved the garage in our city. It starts working after awhile. Server reset maybe? I don't know if we had one in there or not.

I don't know what the problem is wiht teh garage , but its soemtimes happend with the bank to.

The Server Reset should solve this. It did for me after I first placed ours & then after I had to move it. The server resets are not everyday anymore, so you will have to wait.

I'll add my "wait til server reset" to this thread. Same story as the rest.

Put the garage in, nothing.

Next day, nothing.

Next day, server reset, garage works.

The garage is certainly bugged. I moved my city's bank and garage and only the garage quit working when it was re-positioned. I'll wait for server restart and report findings.
