I sent a ticket in on the citizen mail but after 3 tickets the csr said they couldnt help, that the system is working but they are unable to help me. yes i used citizen in the to box.

so the next ticket i sent a few weeks later about 2 houses still standing in my city, they were owned by banned players.
i guess they dont delete their stuff when they are banned, i was told that they could not talk about banned accounts and they could not remove the houses.

now i have a issue with /cityban, the problem is i ban and they still shuttle in to the city. i asked one of them what exploit they are using but they said none. im not shure if i should send in a ticket, because im worried it will be a waste of time. im probably get a reply like "its working as intended we cant help you".

so should i send the ticket? is there a penalty for sending too many?

im 0111 politician (took over a existing city) so i dont know if thats why im having all these problems.

with regard to citizen mail, I use Citizens

Dont know if you used the singular Citizen or the plural citizens

The plural works

yes i used citizens

and nobody pardoned, its a light jedi city (mostly) but the imp jedi still load in the shuttle.

Citizens of your town cannot be banned. To prevent griefing of players by the Evil Politicians. UIf they are not citizens are are /citybanned there is nothing you can do. Unless you wanna try dimplomacy.

City Banning only prevent ppl from using your city services (i.e. flying out from your shuttle). Ideally it would work both ways but it does not.

There is no penalty. Just make sure you are repectful and direct. Take good notes of who you dealt with and how your problems were resolved incase you need to climb the ladder to get better help.

i tested it on a friend, i citybanned him and he went to the next city over bought a ticket and shuttled back.

I've already went ahead and sent TH/Tiggs an email, thanks

it not working both ways should be a bug. as mentioned, I've already emailed TH/Tiggs

as for the other issues, you can try sending them an email as well.

From my xp. One can shuttle INTO a city but not leave from a banned city via Shuttle.
And yes..you cannot ban CITIZENS...as for BANNED from the game by SOE a CSR should
deal with that ASAP..... dot dot dot.....
