These have been happening to me every single time I perform these actions in my town on Scylla, and I wanted to post them in here to see if anyone else has been noticing the problem. *sigh* Terminals besides the general & factional mission terminals still fall inside structures to the ground, and signs are at the corner of the guild hall and sink in, too - but these are old bugs. Just ones that really annoy me a lot that I wanted to mention. 
When I use the bank in a player city to open the safety deposit, the first time I try it only opens my inventory. I have to do it again for it to open the bank box.
When transferring houses now, the person transferring gets a message that they transferred the structure & a message that the structure was transferred back to them. The person being transferred does not get a message about the house being transferred to you now. The person being transferred to gets a line of code about not enough lots if they are not able to receive the house. The person transferring no longer gets the message about the target player not being able to receive the house.
When declaring residency & under the 24 hour time limit, the message telling you that you aren't able to change your residency yet is messed up and truncated.

I've seen two of those myself.
The saftey deposit option does open the box on the first try, but it takes awhilebefore it does. Almost like a huge lag spike as it's loading, except that you can do other things (unlike busy datapads where it basically freezes until it loads).
The transfer to where you immediately get the message "<transferred to person's name> has transfered the structure to you." happened to me the other night. I double checked to make sure it wasn't still taking my lots, so it's the message that's the bug. Sounds like the code got messed up about who gets that message.
