How do PA Halls interact with cities? Do they at all? Will the city recognize the PA Hall in some fashion, or is it just another house?
Thanks,

To the best of my knowledge the owner of the PA hall has the ability to declare his residence in the guild hall. This would allow the owner to vote in the elections.
Also PA halls would be taxable by proprity taxes

I think he was wondering if there was some way that the city recognizes that a guild hall is within its borders. Like a search option or something stating what PAs are part of the city. Also wondering this because it would be cool, and you know how regular cities have guild halls on the map it could be like that maybe. Dunno, that is why we ask.
