Sorry, but i glanced at the questions and answers threads, and read the stickies, but I dont see any info on 1.) who can become a politician, and 2.) what does a politician get skill wise.
if this is covered somewhere (im sure it must be), can i get a link?

1) Anyone. You just need Apprentice Points (500)
2) The ability to manage cities.
