From what i have seen the amount of exp for each tree is
Tier 1 - 1000 exp (10 votes)
Tier 2 - 3000-5000exp (30-50 votes) not sure on this one lol
Tier 3 - 10000exp (100 votes)
Tier 4 - 15000exp (150 votes)
Say you get 50 votes at the start, you max your exp at 2000 so you gotta wait a whole week b4 getting anymore( fun stuff)
Say you get 120 votes, (this week has gone well for you your in control ) bam capped again your losing valuable voteing exp due to the cap system i think it should be removed for politicians
Well, if you start as politician from the beginning the city size will probably "help" cap the XP you get, since you just won't get 50 people into a 150m radius city (without using only small houses) and also you'll have troubles getting 120 voters into a 200m radius city ... so after 2 weeks you'd be on tier 2, the next tier costing you 10k XP ... so your XP cap would be way higher than 100 votes.
If you're a new mayor to an excistingmetropolis and 120 voters or such ... yes ... you hit the cap the first 2 weeks.
