This is a simple question that I can not find in any of the material here. That is, how many lots does a City Hall take up?

I'll give you a less simple answer. All "Civic" structures (ones placed by the mayor) do not take anylots. Such as the City Hall and Shuttle Ports.


These structures are considered part of the city and not owned by any one player.
