Hi all fellow politicians, just finally picked up the gardens skillset and I was putting down one to test and see what it looks like. Well, it looks great although now I can't pick it back up.

Is Says "You are too far away to do that" when I try to access the terminal no matter my relative position.

Any thoughts?

We have the same problem with a Tatooine Cafe Area garden, placed on Starsider.

Is anyone else having this problem or just me and the guy on Starsider??

I'm having this problem. And... there are reports that redeeding a garden can destroy random civic structures.

Same problem and my garden is a medium one. Just so we can clear this up, is anyone else having trouble with small gardens or is it just medium ones.

Small and medium gardens both doing this for me.

The Medium isa Cafe type smalls are Tatooine Palms and Statue and Flowers

We got the same Problem in our City.

Seems the Terminal works exactly like /destroyStructure, because both produce the "too far away" message. I placed the Garden near the shuttleport, and i need to redeed the shuttleport first before i could redeed the Garden.

I guess the "get nearest civic structure" function is FUBAR'd at the Gardens.

Additionally, Gardens don't Terraform like Houses do. I think they should.

Rather than using the terminal, try standing on top of the garden and using the /destroystruc command.

Yes, be very careful with redeeding gardens. I've heard of people that have had their bank and cloning center redeeded...I'd hate it if it accidentally tried to destroy the city hall.

I had two gardens next to each other, I went to destroy one and it destroyed the other instead (no I did not get the wrong terminal or stand on the other garden, there is enough of a gap between them that that wouldn't work).

Just be careful with the redeeds.

Would all you people with gardens please enlighten us as to what the weekly maintenance is?

Weekly Maint is 10k for small ... 20k for medium ... don't know for large or exotics

If /destroystruct doesn't work in the corner where the Terminal is ... try the other corners ... after roatating the garden the game aparently sometimes still thinks the Terminal is in to original corner.

I redeeded our shuttleport multiple times while actualy trying to redeed the small garden "Statue" in front of it. But only consequence was that the shuttle isn't listed first on the planetary map anymore (as buildings are apparently ordered by building date). But you should be able to read which building you're redeeding in the pop-up confermation windows you get, shouldn't you?

So to re-deed civic sturctures you use the destroy structure in the radial menu and it will give you the option to re-deed?
