Thread: STATUS: Invisible Clone Centers?
I have been travelling on business for 3 days. I see that they've reset radii for cities. This still does not fix the problem with the invisible Clone Center. Ours is still missing AND we cannot place another one.
Who else is still having this problem? It's been ticketed and /bugged for about 2 weeks already...

i want my CLONERS BACK!! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO SAY: ITS GONE LET ME REBUILD IT!.
My cloners had been fine for over 2 weeks until the devs thought that my city was drifting for some reason and shifted my center 50m to the left! thus my cloners went POOF and the CSRs dont give a jacks ass about it!, its been 4 freaking days now!! 4!!! its not that hard to fix sure maybe refunds are hard but i dont give a crap about my refund i want to be able to replace it!!!
Enough said, ill go take my Ritalin now.
I had the same exact problem, lost cloning and shuttle. I placed a ticket, and we finally got a response last night. The initial post was "Sorry to hear this, be sure and bug it. Have a good day." Of course I wasnt going to let it go at that, so I responded somewhat passionately and clarified the issue. I got another response asking for loc information, which I provided. Within an hour a csr was at our city gathering data. I wasnt at the city at the time, but the players who were said he was very courteous, and that he indicated a severe issue like this can only be fixed by the devs, and that he hoped for a fix for our city within 24 hours 
That was last night, so we have hope for a fix within a day ...
I have been working with the CSRs for over a couple of weeks to resolve this issue. It is resolved as of last night. To get your cloning center repaired. Submit a ticket, a CSR will arrive, ask them to use the new option they have available to destroy the cloning center, as it isn't actually gone which is the problem. Then get a new deed off them and plant a new cloning center. P.S. my first ticket took a week to get answered and it sounded like i was the first to register the cloning center complaint as a couple of days later the CSRs mentioned more tickets we coming in with the same problem, but at first they had no idea what was wrong. So expect the ticket to take a while to be answered. =P
