I have been working with the CSRs for a couple of weeks to resolve this issue. My first ticket took a week to get answered and it sounded like i was the first to register the cloning center complaint as a couple of days later the CSRs mentioned more tickets we coming in with the same problem, but at first they had no idea what i was talking about. So expect the ticket to take a while to be answered. To get your cloning center repaired. Submit a ticket with the comment your cloning center has disappeared, when the CSR arrives, ask them to use the new option they have available to destroy the cloning center, as it isn't actually gone completely and won't allow a planting ofa replacement. Hopefully they'll give you one, but if not at least you'll have a way to replace the broken one.
