I have a few citizens in my city that are not currently in my guild, how can I e-mail the city similar to how I can email my guild by typing in guild?

Use citizens instead of guild...

Call me **edit** retentive if you will ... but this is what I do ...


I have everyone in my guild set up on my firends lits, as do I for citizens, Contacts and so forth ... looks like this ....

You get the idea .... anywho ... on your friends list, you can choose SELECT ALL and it will highlight everyone on your friends list .... then by holding your CTRL key down, you click on the names that you DONT want to send mail to ..... then simply choose the MAIL button on your firends list, and write your mail. You can also use this method for sending mail to certain people but holding CTRL down and just clicking the names that you want to mail to. Now, I have over 80 people on my friends list. LOL I think this is a very fast and handy way to do fast mailings. Its a tool that is underused ... try it!!! Its groovy!
