Thread: TH or Plinka: Will Clone Centers be fixed with the patch? NT
If you've been following this board, there is a known bug with the city expansions and radii. They apparently hot-fixed the drifting issue with cities BUT civic buildings that were on the edge of the city not only disappeared, current code prohibits placement. This was introduced more than two weeks ago. Multiple cities on multiple servers still have this issue. CSRs cannot help as there is an inherent code flaw.
So, with all that being reiterated - Thunderheart, Plinka, whomever - will this be fixed with the patch?
Yes, and this is the problem with this bug! So the clone center has 'disappeared' but the game thinks you still have it. You cannot place another one! If you try you get the error message" You may only place one type of this structure".
I guess I have to wait until tomorrow to see if (a) our invisible clone center returns; (b) the database has been scrubbed and we can place a new one; or (c) it will still be broken ![]()
After - more or less patiently *g* - waiting for 2 weeks, a CSR *did* fix our city yesterday. He made it so we could place a new cloning center.
There is still another bug so that we are now charged for *two* cloning ctrs instead of one (maintenance ist still charged for the disappeared cloning as well as for the new none), but at least we have a cloning ctr. again.
I hope it will still be there, when the servers come back up

So apparently CSRs *can* help you now, however, it takes a lot of patience and persistance.

Need to get an answer on this, plus the other missing city structures. In our case the cloning center, bank and most of all City Hall. Hey no city. Silence isn't golden here we need to find out so we can plan accordingly not sit around and wait. We sent in 60 tickets and probably have gotten back 5 responses. Each one different btw. 1 said post /bug, 1 said call for in game support..blah blah
