How many objects can be stored in a City Hall?

Possibly more if you happen to be bugged at the time (friend of mine got 260 things in his cantina once)

What about theater? I mean if you get to master politician, what city buildings storage are at your disposal?

Theaters, just like Cantinas and Hospitals are NOT OWNED by the mayor, and are not considered City Structures.
These buildings are owned by the person who places them. Cantina is placed by Master Dancer/Musician/Chef. Theatre is placed by Master Dancer/Musician and possibly Chef. Hospital is placed by Master Doctor (and maybe Master Combat Medic?)
These structures are considered their private property, not a city storage building.
To place one of these buildings, you MUST place them inside a city of the appropriate level, but if the city drops below the necessary level to have one of these structures, or if the city completely disbands, these structures will continue to stand until their owner either stops paying maintenance or destroys the structure and reclaims the deed.
As far as I know, the only decorateable building that is a city-owned structure is the City Hall. I do not know if cloning Stations can be decorated. I've never seen a decorated player city cloner, and my city isn't a high enough level to support one.

They are, however there is a bug which means you can't use /move commands (up, down, back, and forward) If you move something it warps into the clone tube. So it's kind of a pain to do. Great as storage sheds though if the mayor doesn't feel like dressing theirs up. Mine where nicely decor'd but then we moved them both around a bit to better suit the city and it's just random junk piled behind the tube. I'll get them looking good again soon enough though. Especially with the new loot items 
Oh and the other buildings follow the same item count as other homes. 75 per lot capping at 250. So 250 for a cantina and 225 for a theatre. (I think med center is the same as cantina, otherwise it is as a theatre)

Cloning centres also make for great temporary storage spaces (with the emphasis on "Temporary" in that if you get voted out of office, the new mayor has to give you back your stuff or you loose it
