Hi , I am getting ready to start a city and someone told me that there is a cap on max amount of cities allowed on a planet., could someone tell me if that is so and where do i find out where I get the info ?

There is a cap, and as far as I know, there is no way of knowing if your particular planet is full besides putting your city hall down. Even then, you might be stuck at Rank 2 until a spot opens up at Rank 3. I know that's the situation on Tatooine on Intrepid.

I was just elected to mayor for the first time. I tried to send a email with "citizen" in the "to" line and it doesn't appear to have been sent. I logged my alt (who is a citizen of the city) and it wasn't recieved. Is that the correct way to send an email to all the citizens?
