Is it always there or can it be pulled up to prevent someone running against you? Just curious if that could happen..If your mayor and its not there what would happen?

I only know one way to prevent people from using it

Sending them a message saying that the voting terminal was eaten by some critters and hide it under a bunch of things....

Or install some dummy ballot box terminals

i've seen a few ways mayors have prevented people form running against them and every one is more devious than the last.
