the harrassment report should work, depending on who reads the report I guess. I've had a CSR contact me about my harassment report for a customer who stood at my door and cursed after I kicked him out.

he can revoke his citizenship at the city terminal, but if he has a house in the city he can just redeclare and he'll be a citizen again.

best thing to do is probably to report him then ignore him. you can send out an email to your citizens and warn them about him, however people like that just want attention.

sad to say nothing will happen. csr's won't help. been there done that all i can say is wait for him to like go to the bathroom eventually or get a drink and when you see him not moving surround him with a bunch of streetlamps. he'll be stuck in there like a jail cell. i did this once and the funny part is after sending tickets and trying to contact csr's online in game and on chat i could not get any help. i fought back the only way a politician can and within minutes i had a csr show up and let him free. at that point the csr asked what was going on and i told him to try reading the 7 deleted tickets i had gone through in 5 days. one of which was from that very same csr. in the end the csr ported the kid elsewhere and told him he was not allowed to come anywhere near my player city alone. he could only come if it was part of a pvp raid in a group situation. and like you i had tried to help the kid when he started out. alas when i wouldn't just give him free money he went nuts.

proves to me that the soe csr's and well devs to like to cater to the leet 14 year old moron playing off time cards stolen form best buy rather than the older "star wars fans" that originally populated this game and made it great. too bad the devs seem to want nothing more than to take WoW fighting with EQ2 gameplay and graphics and throw a star wars MOD on it and market it all around the movie releases.

Wonder what the hell they will do when there is no movie to come out in theaters or on dvd. hmm will the devs have to think for themselves? unlikely as long as SOE is involved.

uh... streetlamps are now non-solid... actually, they've been that way for a while. they were changed because people abused it (/citywarn, anyone?)

if there is a serious issue and the in game harrassment report or CSR ticket doesn't help, email [email protected] with all the info (including ticket number if applicable) and request (nicely) that the matter be looked into.

don't try to scoop down to the kiddie's level.

haven't tried the streetlamp trick in quite some time haven't needed to. but for customer service in this game? it is severly lacking. and what little there is just wants to respond and settle things as quickly as possiable with the least amount of work needed on the csr side of things.

all said there is alot os things csr's can do in this game to help people with issues just 99% of them are too damn lazy to put the effort into anything. they would rather sit invisiable in the theed cantinaor get a lap dance from that male twi'lik on ahazi in said cantina.

side note saw that he other night and was most wrong thing ever in the game.

I reported a simular harrassment from a former member of our guild. He was unhappy at the CU, and had renamed his house " SOE should suffer Anil Leakage for their Combat Downgrade". Yes he spelt it incorrectly. The CSR's have not done anything about the sign yet dispite various tickets, both harrisment and regular csr tickets.

It demoralizes an already demoralized city residency population.
