is to tie it to the cityban function to give a means for mayors to boot people out ofa city and not have the hassle of abandoned houses (they players stuctures in city limits get auto-packed, and of course the citizenship gets revoked when the house is pulled)

Since I know there is a possibility of abuse by mayors, add a voting option to the voting terminal for revoking citizenship of a given player (thus keeping a mayor from unilaterally booting people)

Also make it so a citizens who run against a mayor cannot be booted from the city once registered for an election (to keep mayors from booting potential challengers just because)

one other idea for the mayors who desire to RP a dictatorship (good for Imperials), would be to have a voting option where they town could choose to disable the voting terminal (leaving it under the sole control of the Mayor). The only voting option left would be to rescind the no vote option and reopen the voting terminal for general elections. (not unlike what exists for PAs)
