Thread: New City Help!

Hi. I just started a new city. I have 10 people living within 150m of the city hall, all declared to be residents.


OnceI dropped the city hall, I'm the only declared resident. Do they need to re-declare?

If they are already declared, they simply need to enter their house again after city hall is placed and it will count them as citizen.

Works the same way for city growth as well.
