Speaking with the mayor of Camelot, Dantooine, (Kettemoor server) she informed me that we have lost all of our trainers, they have just left yet are still "employed" by the city, yet we cannot add anymore trainers because we cannot change trainers out. She's Master Politician, so it's not a fact she's not skilled enough, but that she cannot even access the trainers to delete them. Any thoughts?

There's a good possibility that you're near a server boundary and that's causing the disappearances. I haven't seen this happening for any other reason.

Submit a CSR ticket (use the in-game Holocron and select "Submit a Ticket") and let them know what the issue is and have them see if there's a server boundary causing the problem. They'll be able to remove the old trainers from your city so that you'll be able to place new ones as well.

Thank you very much Khristen for your reply. We're near the Mining Outpost (1500m, if I remember correctly). And have just linked this message to the Mayor so that she can check it out for ourselves. We first noticed it around Publish 22 just a few days ago when 2 trainers were missing. The CSR that replied to her said they may come back after a server reset. But, right now since the city gets used to run missions out of with our Improved Job Market, it's a heavy loss for us. Again, thank you for your reply. If it doesn't, we or I'll be around more often trying to get things back to normal for the city. lol

Thank you for your reply, it it most appreciated. I did receive a response from a CSR a bit earlier, suggesting that I wait until server reset, but I think the server reset was the issue to begin with. I lost 7 of my 12 trainers after the new patch last night. We had lost 2 a week or so ago, as Talley mentioned, and I should have said something then. I don't really understand the whole server boundary issue, I just hope that they will fix this problem before it has too much of an effect on Camelot's economy and reputation.

Just out of curiosity where were the trainers placed? I had my dancer, musician & entertainer trainers as well as the entertainer mission terminal up on the steps of the cantina...they fell through. I had to have CSR remove them for me. Just a thought!

We have lost our trainers also. A few days ago we had 15, then we had 9, now 4 - they have been there for months but started disappearing over the last day or so. Our shuttleport has also decided to stop working also??? (We have 3m maint in the city hall along with 125+ citizens)

I have submitted a ticket re. both incidents and am awaiting a response.
